SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gel et var verdens første isotoniske gel, der leverer en letfordøjelig og hurtig tilførsel af energirige kulhydrater under træningen. Gelen er specielt udviklet til indtagelse uden vand og minimerer risikoen for den oppustede fornemmelse, der undertiden opstår, når man drikker for meget væske. En gelpakke indeholder 22 gram kulhydrater.

Takket være den isotoniske formel tømmes gelen hurtigt fra maven, da der ikke skal dannes væsker til at fortynde gelen i maven, hvilket sikrer en hurtig energitilførsel. SiS GO Isotonic Energy-geler er yderst praktiske og kan nemt medbringes uden besværlige flasker.

Anvendelse:

Indtag 1 til 3 geler i timen under udholdenhedstræning for at maksimere udnyttelsen af kulhydraterne. Alternativt kan du indtage en gel midt i en gentagen højintensiv træning (som fodbold eller rugby) for hurtigt at genopbygge dine glykogenlagre.
