Produktinformation:

Dextro Energy Liquid Gel

Liquid Gel er et koncentrat af kortkædede kulhydrater, som hurtigt er tilgængelige i kroppen. Liquid Gel er særligt velegnet til brug under sportsudøvelse og er takket være sin flydende konsistens let at indtage, selv under kraftig fysisk anstrengelse.

Indtagelse: 1 portionspose hver 20.-45. minut.

GU Energy Gel

GU Energy Gel Leverer energirige kalorier i en praktisk pose, der dækker energibehovet uanset varighed og aktivitet. GU Energigel indeholder 100 kalorier og bruger maltodextrin og fruktose til at levere effektiv energi og mindske mavebesvær. GU forsyner atleter med et skud på 100 kalorier i form af en patenteret kulhydratblanding (70–80 % maltodextrin og 30–20 % fruktose) for at levere højkvalitets, letfordøjelig og langvarig energi til atleter inden for alle sportsgrene og på alle niveauer. GU indeholder desuden elektrolytter for at sikre tilstrækkelig væskeindtagelse, en blanding af antioxidanter for at forhindre skader på muskelvævet samt en aminosyreblanding for at udskyde muskeltræthed.

Indtagelse: Det anbefales at indtage en gel 15 minutter før træningen og derefter hver 30. til 45. minut under træningen. Derudover bør der indtages 750 til 1000 ml væske pr. time.

226ERS High Energy Gel 

High Energy Gel er et energigel, hvor den primære kulhydratkilde er cyclodextrin, et kulhydrat af næste generation, der forbedrer glykogengenopbygningen mere effektivt. Gelposen på 76 g med 200 kcal indeholder 50 g kulhydrater i forholdet 1:1 mellem komplekse og simple kulhydrater.

Anvendelse: Du kan under træningen indtage op til 2 gelposer pr. time med 300 ml vand efter behov. // Smagsvarianterne kirsebær og espresso med koffein: Du kan under træningen indtage op til 1 gelpose pr. time med 500 ml vand efter behov. Sørg altid for at holde dig hydreret.

High5 Energy Gel

Energy Gel er et gel, der ikke er for sødt, med en let konsistens, der gør det nemt at have med på farten. Og fordi det er fremstillet af naturlig frugtsaft, smager det også fremragende! Hver pose er nem at åbne og sluge og leverer 23 g kulhydratenergi. 

Anvendelse: Energy Gel er udviklet til at blive indtaget før og under træningen. Riv toppen af posen af, og drik gelen direkte fra posen. Indtag op til tre poser i timen under træningen, færre hvis du også bruger en sportsdrik.

Så bør du prøve PowerBar PowerGel® Hydro. Takket være C2MAX Dual Source Carb Mix leverer den kulhydrater i et videnskabeligt udviklet 2:1-forhold mellem glukose- og fruktosekilder. Xenofit Energy Gel

Koncentreret kulhydratgel til sportsudøvere. Energigel til sportsudøvere – en fornuftig kombination af kort- og langkædede kulhydrater med vitamin B2 og B6. Energigelene indeholder højkoncentrerede kulhydratblandinger. Den unikke dosering på 25 g pr. gelstik har vist sig at fungere godt både under træning og i konkurrence. Den praktiske gel-stick-emballage kan nemt åbnes med én hånd. Selv i koldt vejr bevarer gelen en behagelig konsistens. Vitamin B6 bidrager bl.a. til at mindske træthed og udmattelse.

Anvendelse: Før og under sportsudøvelse. 4 sticks om dagen med rigeligt vand (mindst 200 ml pr. stick). Ved høj belastning op til 10 sticks dagligt.
