Anvendelse
Velegnet før, under og efter træning. Drik ca. 0,5–1 liter pr. time, afhængigt af tørst og svedtab. Fyld en drikkedunk (750 ml) med koldt vand, tilsæt 2 måleskefulde (52 g) pulver, ryst og nyd.
